Build boards around stories
Start with a theme that means something: a favorite character, a park trip, a completed set, a holiday, a resort, or a family memory. Story-based boards are easier to enjoy and easier to share.
Use separate boards for collection jobs
- Favorites you want to display.
- Series and sets you are trying to complete.
- Traders you are comfortable offering.

Leave space for missing pins
If a set is incomplete, leave visual space where the missing pins belong. That makes your hunt easier to understand and gives you a satisfying before-and-after when the board fills in.

If a board includes higher-value pins, keep notes, photos, purchase details, and pricing evidence attached to the individual pin records. Display and documentation should work together.
